Job Description

    Role Overview:As the Project Governance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects within the organization adhere to standards, policies, and best practices. Your primary role will involve establishing and enforcing project management standards, policies, and frameworks. Additionally, you will provide oversight for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the organizations goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project priorities with business objectives- Define project portfolios and strategic objectives, ensuring resource allocation aligns with priorities and organizational vision- Define, implement, and improve project management methodologies and frameworks- Oversee the portfolio of projects to deliver value and align with business goals- Track project progress and evaluate performance against KPIs to ensure timely delivery- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvementQualifications Required:- Strategic thinking to align projects with business goals- Leadership skills to inspire teams and make critical decisions- Analytical capabilities to evaluate performance metrics- Effective communication with stakeholders- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively- Technical knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and AsanaAdditional Details:This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus, and day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience and be proficient in Hindi. The work location is in person.
