Job Description

    Job Title: Production Incharge Location: Kamanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore District Industry: Corrugated Carton Box ManufacturingKurunthamalai Packaging is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge to oversee the day-to-day production operations at our corrugated carton box manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and monitor daily production activities.
    • Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
    • Maintain and update daily production reports accurately.
    • Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for operational efficiency.
    • Implement best practices to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred).
    Experience:
    • Minimum 12 years of experience in production, preferably in packaging or manufacturing industries.
    Skills Required:
    • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Work Schedule:9:00 AM 6:00 PMSalary:20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)Employment Type:Full-time
