Job Description

    You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the project manager in various project tasks. This includes designing and controlling the project schedule, preparing presentations to update senior management on project progress, and delegating tasks to team members. You will also be tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities, looking for ways to increase project profitability, and reducing expenses where possible. Furthermore, you will ensure that project deadlines are met, organize and attend stakeholder meetings, as well as project team meetings, and record minutes. Your role will also involve liaising with clients to determine project objectives. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English languages is required for effective communication in a multi-cultural environment.While a background in IT is preferred, non-IT individuals are also acceptable if they have knowledge of PMO works and basic computer skills. This position requires 2 to 5 years of experience and a qualification in BE-CS, IT, MCA, or BSC.
