Job Description

    As a highly organized and detail-oriented QA and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery to ensure the highest quality standards. Your main tasks will include coordinating IT projects, managing timelines and resources, and supporting QA processes to uphold software reliability and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned IT projects- Maintain project documentation- Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders- Monitor project progress using KPIs- Support project managers in tracking deliverables- Ensure timely completion of milestones within defined scope and budgetIn terms of Quality Assurance, you will:- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing requirements and standards- Create and review test plans and cases- Track and report software bugs and enhancements- Participate in software testing cycles- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer experience goals- Assist in post-deployment quality reviewsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field- 2-3 years of proven experience in IT project coordination and/or QA roles- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Trello- Familiarity with QA tools such as Selenium, TestRail, and Postman- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively- Holding Project Management and/or QA certifications would be advantageousAdditional Details:Preferred candidates for this position would be based in or near Coimbatore for an on-site role. The job is full-time, and you will benefit from paid time off, a yearly bonus, and the opportunity to work in a day shift on weekends. Minimum required experience includes 2-4 years in IT Project Coordination, 2 years in QA/Software Testing, and 2 years in Scrum/Agile methodologies. Your work location will be in person to ensure effective coordination and communication among team members and stakeholders.,
