Job Description

    Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Senjeripirivu, Sulthanpet, Coimbatore District Industry: Corrugated Carton Box ManufacturingKurunthamalai Packaging is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development initiatives and expand our client base in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
    • Develop, plan, and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
    • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
    Qualifications:
    • Any Bachelors degree with basic computer knowledge.
    Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Result-oriented mindset with strong client management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
    Work Schedule:9:00 AM 6:00 PMSalary:30,000 per month (based on experience)Benefits:
    • Travel Allowance: 5,000
    • Miscellaneous Allowance: 2,000
