Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Representative in-store, you will be the face of the company, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. Your main objective will be to drive sales by effectively promoting and selling products within the store while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store appearance.Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers upon their arrival and assist them in finding products that match their requirements.- Conduct product demonstrations and provide explanations to customers, emphasizing features and benefits.- Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable products.- Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell to customers effectively.- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.- Keep the store environment clean and organized by restocking shelves and arranging displays.- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.- Meet or surpass sales targets established by management.- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.Qualifications Required:- Any Graduate with additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail setting.- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.- Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.Note: Interested candidates can send their profiles to hidden_email further queries, you can reach us at hidden_mobile.,
