Job Description

    You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Basis. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining SAP systems environments such as Sandbox, Development, QA, Production, and DR. You will be required to install, configure, maintain, and support multiple SAP landscapes as well as 3rd party tools. Performing core Basis functions like System Refresh, support packs, kernels, transports, and DR drills will be part of your routine tasks. You must research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration following SAP Best Practices. Experience in system refreshes and restores of dual (ABAPJAVA) and single stack systems is essential. Working experience in the business suite of SAP and SAP HANA is preferred. Additionally, you should have experience in installing, configuring, and supporting Solution Manager. Experience in Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, and Cloud will be considered an added advantage. It is important to have experience working with global delivery models including offshore, multi-cultural teams, functional teams, and other stakeholders. You should be willing to work in a 24x7 support environment.As an Infoscion, you will actively support the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be involved in exploring alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs. Supporting configuration of solution requirements on products, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. If you possess logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate, and are keen on contributing to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data, this role is ideal for you. Awareness of the latest technologies and trends, along with industry domain knowledge, will be beneficial. Possessing an SAP Certification is an added advantage.The location of posting for this position is across various cities in India including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Vizag, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Jaipur, Mysore, Kolkata, and Hubli. While the location will be determined by business requirements, efforts will be made to accommodate your preference whenever possible.,
