Job Description

    • Design and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and applications.
    • Configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and configurations.
    • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Work on upgrades and patching of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools via APIs and web services
