Job Description

    As a QA expert with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation, you will play a crucial role in the growth of EY GDS ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include:- Experience in ServiceNow Platform, focusing on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM.- Develop and maintain automation test frameworks.- Gather and present quality metrics from test execution.- Establish quality standards and processes.- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to create specific testing strategies for new features and automate them.- Create comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them.- Proficiency in various automated testing frameworks like Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.- Familiarity with agile methodology in software development.- In-depth understanding of different testing techniques and the ability to utilize them effectively, including issue tracking and resolution.- Strong communication skills.To be eligible for this role, you are required to have:- A degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or equivalent job experiences.- 2 to 3 years of experience in a QA role.- Mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification.Additional preferred qualifications include:- Experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or similar tools for story maintenance.- Knowledge of the latest features in ServiceNows versions.At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
