Job Description

Immediate Joiners only Role Overview The Senior ServiceNow Developer (TSM & OMT) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting telecom-specific solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM ,OMT ,CPQ modules. Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models. Develop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices. Implementation & Delivery Lead full lifecycle implementations of TSM & OMT. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization. Collaboration & Leadership Partner with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders. Mentor junior developers and guide agile sprint delivery. Document technical designs and maintain system configurations. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 510 years in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in TSM & OMT modules. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow TSM, and OMT. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs. Hands-on experience with telecom order orchestration and product catalog workflows. Domain Knowledge: BSS , Telecommunications processes, order management, and service delivery models. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities. Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Must Have ServiceNow Certified Developer (CAD)-Must Have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM/CSM- Good to have ServiceNow Trainings for Telecom Order Management , Telecom Service Management -Good To Have Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
