Job Description

About the roleMahle is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies that align with global standards and local business needs in the automotive sector.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Mahles global standards.Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials while optimizing costs.Collaborate with manufacturing teams on MRP and material planning to match production schedules with demand forecasts.Monitor inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and maintain optimal safety stock.Oversee warehousing, transportation, and supplies to guarantee ontime delivery.Identify bottlenecks and apply lean practices for process improvement.Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.Required profileBachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).812 years of logistics and supply chain experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.Excellent analytical, problemsolving, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.Proven leadership abilities.Required skillsSAP (ERP)Microsoft Excel (advanced)Microsoft PowerPointData management and analysis using ExcelMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP) conceptsWhat we offerA collaborative environment working on exciting assignments.Ongoing personal and career development opportunities.An inclusive culture that welcomes diversity.
