Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist B2B, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong corporate relationships and facilitating placements for our students. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, B2B partnerships, and recruitment strategies.Your responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential companies to form hiring partnerships, coordinating placements by matching employer needs with suitable candidates, managing B2B relationships with HR managers and decision-makers, developing effective recruitment strategies, negotiating terms and agreements for student placements, conducting industry research to enhance placement opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to prepare students for interviews, and tracking placement success rates for continuous improvement.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, B2B recruitment, or corporate sales. Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of hiring trends in IT, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Full Stack Development would be advantageous. You must be able to work independently, drive results, and preferably have proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.This is a full-time position located in Coimbatore.
