    Drawing Analysis & Interpretation:Study and interpret various design drawings, including Structural, Architectural, Civil, Interior, and Mechanical, in line with project scope and specifications.RFI Management:Prepare RFIs to address missing or conflicting information in designs, liaising with clients to resolve discrepancies and clarify requirements effectively.Document Control & Compliance:Ensure adherence to document control requirements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring traceability of project documentation.Project Coordination & Facilitation:Facilitate seamless coordination among teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.BIM Integration & Collaboration:Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades to ensure integration of structural elements.Tailored Report Generation:Generate comprehensive reports tailored to meet specific client needs and project requirements, encompassing a variety of formats such as IFC model files, BSWX files, material lists, and moreSkillsOperating System Windows FamilyPackage-Tekla-14 to 2023, AutoCADLatest Version & MS-Office, Autodesk Structural Detailing (ASD) 2011,Advance Steel 2015.Highly motivated with a passion for learning Quick learner and adaptable to any environment Positive mindset and effective communicator.Proficient in both independent and team work Demonstrates strategic team management and leadership skills Exhibits outstanding responsibility in all tasksStandardsAISC - American Standard - MUSTAccomplishmentsLead Checker for 750 and 1200-ton projects.Connection Checker for 300 and 600-ton projectsQualificationsEducational Requirements: BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.ExperienceJunior Modeler: 3-5 years of experienceSenior Modeler: 6-8 years of experienceWork DetailsLocation: CoimbatoreWork Arrangement: Office-based role, strictly no hybrid or remote options.Interview Process: Direct, in-person interviews only.Feel free to reach out to me If you are interested in this position
