    Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. As a Telecaller Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and achieving targets through effective communication and lead generation strategies. With an annual salary of 2,50,000, this role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who are eager to contribute to our growth.Key Responsibilities
    • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products and services.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing leads and follow-ups.
    • Generate new leads through various channels and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Telecaller Executive position should possess the following qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving lead generation.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
