Job Description

    As a Team Lead MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in software development projects using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. With over 5 years of experience in MERN Stack development and at least 2 years in a team lead or senior developer role, you will demonstrate your expertise in building successful projects.Your role will involve working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and both relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with associated libraries and frameworks, is essential. Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack and Babel, as well as version control systems such as Git, will be beneficial.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, along with containerization technologies like Docker, will be an added advantage. Your excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.This position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The job is full-time with a day shift and fixed schedule, based in Coimbatore. If you have a total of 1 year of work experience, particularly in software development and HTML5, you are preferred for this role.,
