Job Description

    As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including distribution operations, administration, and sales. Your key responsibilities will include:- Assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.- Meeting goals and metrics set by the company.- Bringing out the best in the branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.- Networking to improve the presence and reputation of both the branch and the company.To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:- Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field.- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Manager in the Aesthetic or Clinical Industry.- Demonstrate a good understanding of Aesthetic, Sales, market analysis, and concepts.- Exhibit good communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skills.- Preferably have experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager specialized in Beauty or Clinic industry.Additional details about the company or any other information were not provided in the job description.Please note that this is a full-time position located in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.
