Job Description

You will join our team as a Scout, also known as a Campaign Associate, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibility will involve recruiting Delivery Partners through field campaigns, local community engagement, and awareness initiatives. If you possess a passion for sales and community outreach, this role presents an exciting opportunity for you to create a meaningful impact.Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing on-ground rural campaigns such as Panchayat meetings, job fairs, and BTL activities to attract Delivery Partners (DPs). You will be required to present the value proposition of joining as a Delivery Partner to increase awareness. Furthermore, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for interested DPs, which includes relocation assistance and the availability of necessary resources to commence work, is crucial. Monitoring and evaluating field campaigns, collecting relevant data and feedback to gauge effectiveness, and implementing improvements will be part of your routine tasks. Establishing and nurturing relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to foster community engagement will also be a significant aspect of your role.To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, fieldwork, community outreach, or sales. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelors degree is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Extensive travel within the assigned area will be necessary, so willingness to travel is a must. Proficiency in using smartphones and basic software applications is expected.
