Job Description

    We are looking for a talented Figma Designer who has a passion for creating intuitive and visually stunning designs. You will work closely with our UI/UX team to design user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your ability to translate concepts into visually appealing, user-friendly designs will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring designs are aligned with user-centered design principles. Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across all projects. Design visually appealing user interfaces that are not only functional but also engaging. Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing results. Work with developers to ensure the design vision is realized in the final product, providing support during the development phase. Stay up to date with design trends and UI/UX best practices to ensure modern and competitive designs.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Figma Designer of 2 - 3 Years. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including web and mobile app UI/UX design. Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and designing high-fidelity interfaces. Familiarity with design systems and creating reusable components. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Understanding of user-centered design processes, user testing, and iterative design. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills: Experience with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand design implementation better. Familiarity with front-end development practices or design-to-code workflows. Experience designing for responsive layouts and mobile-first designs.,
