Job Description

As a DC Manager at Reliance Digital in Cuttack, your role will involve driving efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment for all business channels. You will need to utilize strong operational acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce supply chain costs.- Oversee inbound & outbound operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.- Lead and mentor a team comprising QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers.- Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows for increased productivity.- Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure efficient storage & distribution management.- Establish and nurture relationships with logistics and distribution partners.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe work environment.- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport cost to drive performance.- Set KRAs, monitor team performance, and foster engagement and retention.- Uphold company values and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Minimum Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.- 8-14 years of experience in warehouse/SCM/consumer electronics/logistics operations.- Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills.- Experience in managing multi-channel retail logistics is preferred.- Ability to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellence.- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Organized with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to hidden_email with the subject line DC Manager Cuttack application .
