Job Description

As a Photo Editor & Retoucher, your role involves retouching and enhancing photos to produce high-quality images. You will be responsible for tasks such as color correction, skin retouching, exposure adjustments, and background cleanup. Additionally, you will remove blemishes, noise, and imperfections, as well as perform advanced image manipulation and corrections as needed.Your key responsibilities include:- Retouching and enhancing photos, including color correction, skin retouching, exposure adjustments, and background cleanup- Removing blemishes, noise, and imperfections to ensure high-quality images- Performing advanced image manipulation, compositing, and corrections- Preparing images for various platforms such as websites, social media, print, and marketing materials- Resizing, cropping, and formatting images according to platform specifications- Maintaining file organization and ensuring quality control of all edited images- Creating visual concepts, graphics, and promotional materials as required- Applying artistic effects and filters while maintaining natural and realistic results- Assisting in creating brand-consistent visual content- Collaborating with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to meet project goals- Understanding project briefs and delivering edits on time- Ensuring all images meet brand guidelines and quality standardsTo excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (knowledge of Lightroom and Illustrator is a plus)- Expertise in retouching, masking, background removal, and color grading- Knowledge of RAW image processing- Excellent attention to detail- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines- Creative mindset with a good visual storytelling senseIn addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company prefers candidates with at least 3 years of experience in photo editing and retouching, along with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work. You should also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
