Job Description

Location:Dehradun, UttarakhandExperience:1-2 YearsKey responsibilities::

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified resources
  • Work on liaising with stakeholders for interview management
  • Manage the New employee On-boarding and exit processes
  • Employee Life Cycle management
  • Member records management - compile and update records
  • Catering to day-to-day employee needs and grievances
  • Ensuring adherence of policies and systems
  • Managing leave records
  • Oversee responsibility for primary HR functions, which include managing the company HRIS, administering employee benefits, and managing vendor relationships
  • Provide high-touch support to new employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment
Donor Relationship:
  • Handling helpline number attending donors queries by calls and emails.
  • Expedite the resolution of donor problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each donor
  • Coordinating with different departments for resolving donor queries
Desired Profile:Education:
  • Bachelors in any Discipline
  • Post Graduate Degree in HR
Experience:1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist role (must have a strong hold in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Experience)Area and Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal and Written) & Presentation Skills
  • Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Well-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail
  • Team player
  • Proficient in using MS Office with Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Multi task handling
