Job Description

Location:DehradunExperience:8-10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and HR policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, implement performance improvement plans, and support employee career development.
  • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain and manage HR records and ensure accurate documentation of employee data.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, etc.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Utilize HR software and tools to streamline HR processes and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
