Key responsibilities include project execution, feasibility studies, market analysis, and managing installations while ensuring safety and compliance. Were looking for candidates with strong industry experience, exceptional technical sales skills, and proficiency in concept selling, techno-commercial discussions, and customer engagement.Location: Delhi / BhuvneshwarYour Future Employer: A market leader providing innovative industrial solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and fostering strong client relationships.Responsibilities

  • Achieving Annual Business Plans (ABP) and Strategic Business Plans (SBP).
  • Designing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
  • Conducting market mapping, plant surveys, and data collection for compressed air systems.
  • Marketing compressed air solutions to develop new markets.
  • Driving successful project execution, installation, and commissioning.
  • Building and promoting long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts.
  • Identifying market shifts and competition status.
  • Ensuring training, development, and compliance with IMS and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing of industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of taxation and commercial aspects.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, travel extensively, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
