Job Description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your management expertiseskills to the delivery of Operational Excellence. To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through coordinating a specific team of contract logistics specialists.The activities needed to deliver this includes but is not limited to:

  • To assess workloads within the allocated teamallocate resources adequately on a daily basis.
  • To complete duties relating to warehousing activitiesattend to direct reports HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc.
  • To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI)ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.
  • To ensure that all company equipmentassets are handledoperated in a responsible manner at all times.
  • To ensure that all team members are compliant with all healthsafety policies/processes at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, safety protocols (QSHE), and resource planning.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams, including third-party/outsourced workforce.
  • Hands-on experience in meeting operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
