Job Description

Position: VP Sales/ GM-Sales/Team Leader/Sr. Executive/ Manager/ Sr. Manager - Sales & Business DevelopmentResponsibilities:

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Handle special projects, as assigned, interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings, and to make them a part of our future projects.
  • Handle Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activity to generate maximum business for Residential and Commercial projects.
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.
  • Monitor and position for all future projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, proactive, pleasing personality, and convincing skills
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales
