Reach out to customers to understand their organization, existing set up on office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions and their current or upcoming needs where Canons products and services would be useful. Generate prospects for new accounts and grow the existing ones, keeping the funnel healthy as per sales plan Propose solution for their office imaging needs- both hardware and solutions, give demonstration or proof of. concept. Ensure customer service, complaint handling and satisfaction as per clients expectation, build brand loyalty Update sales activities on CRM, analyze customer data and action on contract renewal. Effective execution of the orders received and be accountable for the project management and change management Support in outstanding collection and any other compliance needs emerging from contractingYour Profile Experience-0-3 Years for Account Manager and 3-7years for Sr. Account Manager Any product selling experience in B2B space.
