Position will be responsible for assisting the Finance Department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organisation and to perform essential functions as follows: 1) Working experience of 3 to 4 years in Tally latest version. 2) Maintain service tax, import & export, Sales Tax, TDS work. 3) Posting of all Accounting vouchers (Purchase/Journal/Bank & Cash, Debit and Credit note). 4) Maintain up to date position of Sundry Debtors and creditors. 5) Checking GRN with terms and condition. 6) Verify P.O. with billed amount & ensure compliance with all terms and condition. 7) Coordinate with the auditors for audit & preparing monthly/ quarterly/ yearly schedule for audit. 8) Basic knowledge of GST. 9) Report to the accounting Manager the finances of the organisation. 9) Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.Salary 2 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
