Job Description

Job Profile- Accounts ManagerScope of Work- Accounting, TDS, GST, Income Tax and ROC Compliances

  1. In-charge of accounting/data entry in accounting software -Tally ERP for various companies, partnership firms, individuals
  2. Preparation of various MIS reports as per the requirements of the client
  3. Analysis of financial data and generation of reports on sales, inventory, and cash flows, monthly/quarterly profitability statements etc.
  4. Preparation of annual financial statements for individuals/firms and reconciliation with banks, GST records etc.
  5. Preparation of annual financial statements for companies as per Companies Act requirements, coordination with auditors and ensuring the completion of audit.
  6. Coordination with banks and management of payments/receipts in various entities
  7. Compliance management including
a) TDS compliances Preparation of tax calculations, challans, payments and preparation and filing of TDS returnsb) GST compliances - Preparation of calculations and payment of taxes, of invoices to avail input credit and filing multiple returns as per due datesc) Income Tax Return Preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals, firms, trust and companies.d) Income Tax Forms - Preparation of Form 15CA, 15CB, Tax audit forms, Transfer Pricing forms etcSkill Set Required
  • Accounts Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar profile
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
  • Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience hand with MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint is a prerequisite a
  • Strong knowledge of Tally.
