Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the single point of contact for all existing and new merchants who want to sell their services on live application.
  • Tie-ups with new merchants.
  • Reach out to the universe of merchants and sign them up on application for marketplace.
  • Giving demonstrations to the merchants about the application usage.
  • Making the vendor and provider aware of the application and make them understand about the functioning of application.
  • Start getting the revenue from the application after making the application download in merchant mobile.
  • Act with an immediate effect if client has some issue with the going work.
  • Liaise between the technical team and clients, as well as Identifying market trends, gaps and problem lies.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Developing the marketing strategies for adding as much as merchant on the application and generate the revenue.
  • Maintaining the long term business relations with the client and follow business ethics and ensure quality of deliverable to the clients with utmost level.
  • Working closely with team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients offer to be optimized on the platform.
  • Evaluating business requirement across the categories of merchants and guiding them strategically for development.
  • Working on the number of transactions done on the daily basis.
  • Relationship Management with all new Clients/merchants to maintain the future association and ensure growth of the organization.
  • To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
  • Interact regularly with clients to ensure a committed & partnership based relationship.
  • To visit different types of dealers throughout the region and to aware them about the working of the app.
  • An effective communicator with good interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills.
  • Identification of customer needs through market analysis and sharing features of company product with them accordingly.
  • Keep check on the market competitors in order to create good revenue for the company.
