Job Description

The position is responsible and accountable for end to end PTP, OTC and ATR processes and works closely with multiple entity CFOs (6-8) and their teamsDrive collaboration and one team mindset between GSC and location teams to achieve Finance business objectives. The role is responsible to ensure timely and accurate book close for 12-15 legal entities as well as delivery on Finance business objectives which include internal controls, audit support, Rolling forecast and elimination of ICP plugsThe role works with the entity CFO and GRC team on controls and compliances as per defined Control framework and also provides audit support as per business requirementsCoach, mentor and provide guidance to JL4 direct reportees, enabling them to perform independently and focus on business outcomesUnderstanding and addressing issues related to People, Process and System and being aware of the impact of recommended solutionsBuild capabilities to drive change management through effective leadership.
