Job Description

    Our client is a global medical device firm looking to hire HR Director based in Delhi. Responsibilities : The role is responsible for strategic HR business partnership for APAC region. - Driving good HR practices and build culture align with global framework.- Partner with Regional Leaders of APAC Region and ensure smooth functioning of teams and process improvements- Build strong relationship with all the Leaders and Team and bring in good talent development initiatives- Coach and mentor Leadership team to improve organizational efficiencies and skills- Understand Compensation competitiveness considering internal and external benchmark- Bring in Cohesiveness amongst the team leaders and ensure smooth cross- cultural communication.- Understand cultural sensitivities and work towards constantly improving performance and effectiveness. Preferred Candidate: - Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience. 5 years of leadership experience is must.- Full time post-graduate from well-known institution preferred. - Strong experience of working in global organization and passion for business.- Comfortable working in different time zones and occasional international travel (subjected to the travel advisory of the countrys government)- High Maturity levels since the incumbent will be partnering with Global Stakeholders.This job opening was posted long time back.
