Job Description

    Job responsibilitiesPlanningUndertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch inthe cluster against identified targets Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the clusterStrengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partnerbanks Manage & enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs ofthe partner banks Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of thepartner banksSales growth and cost management Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster Ensure successful launch of new products and marketingpromotional campaigns within the Cluster Review monthly sales targets and performance of BusinessManagers/ CROs and discuss with Business mangers/ CROs on backlog, customerfeedback, and other insights from field force Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost ofoperations for the clusterCustomer satisfaction and retention Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customersatisfaction index based on parameters such as customercomplaintsPeople ManagementDevelop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managersin line with the overall recruitment && training plan and ensurerecruitment and training of the team as per the plan Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs Ensure CROs meet their training requirements Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation
