Job Description

    • Achieve Topline Travel Targets within assign Territory / Area as per preset targets
    • Recruitment of Travel Agents and drive Travel business within assign territory as per set targets
    • To Act as an interface between Agents and Star Health and constantly coordinating with branches for Travel executions
    • Coordinating with Regional Training Team for periodic Travel product training and ensuring active participants from each branch (100%)
    • Closely working with Branch managers and activate agents within the assign territory as per Activation targets set by the company on monthly basis
    • Liaise and co-ordinate with Branch Managers within the assign territory ensuring highest penetration of Travel Insurance at branch and SM level
    • Effective execution of HO level initiatives, campaign, circulars at branch level for Travel
    • Identify potential prospects, activate and scale up the per agent productivity
    • Ensuring Month on Month Agent Activation as per preset Activation targets
    • Daily monitoring Activation and Productivity at Agent and branch level and ensure corrective measures to exceed preset targets
    • Constant co-ordination between various departments to ensure tranquil execution of Travel Policy Issuance
    oClaims Teams for claims settlemento U/W, Product & Technical team for any U/W, Product and process related issuesoIdentifying challenges, gaps and updating to reporting managers / Seniors in a structured manner for timely resolution of concern
