His primary responsibilities would be to achieve sales targets, implement initiatives at the dealer level and gather competitive intelligence data.Reporting: ASO will report to the Sales Manager.Responsibilities:Sales:i. Motivate dealers to meet the targets/order booking from the dealers.ii. Achieve sales target.iii. Generate leads and pass them to the dealers.iv. Locate territories for appointment of new dealers wherever necessary.v. Promotion of SKUs/new products as per companys objectives.Sales Promotion:i. Implement marketing and sales promotion schemes through hoardings, wall paintings, POP display at retail outlets, schemes and other local specific media vehicle.ii. Organising influencer meet as per plan.iii. Explain the working of schemes/initiatives and get buy-in of dealers (E.g Consumer and mason schemes etc.)iv. Build relationship with influencer influencer to be met on a regular basis.Service:i. Coordination with Business Manager for fulfillment of orders.ii. Settlement of quality or delivery complaints.iii. Ensure RCP for delivery and selling by piece compliance in the area or town.iv. Resolve channel conflict amongst dealers by taking corrective and preventive actions.MIS:i. Track competition PPA activities, competition prices, SOB and counter potential on a monthly basis.ii. Provide competitors information to MIS and Marketing Manager.iii. Ensure Data sending compliance reports of the dealers are sent on time by Tally.iv. Weekly, building material day rate like bricks, cement, gravel, paint and send etc. of competition to be tracked and reported.v. Daily field visit reports.vi. Daily report of dealers sales and stock.Ideal Profile:Essential:i. Graduate in any discipline.ii. Minimum 1-2 years of selling experience in retail products.iii. Command over local language (Should be able to read, write and speak).iv. Working knowledge of English.v. Good communication skills.Preferable:i. Prior experience in selling branded products/rebar categoryii. Age less than 35 years.
