Job Description

    As a Sales & Marketing professional specializing in luxury venue sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our prestigious FNP Venues to new heights of success and reputation within the luxury events market. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, you will lead our strategic sales planning, client relationship management, marketing initiatives, market analysis, team leadership, and event coordination efforts.FNP Venues, a prominent name in the events and wedding industry, boasts opulent venues like The Riviera, The Riviera House, and The Ritz in Gurgaon, known for their expansive spaces, luxurious decor, and exceptional services that cater to grand celebrations. Your primary objective will be to attract high-end clientele by crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies that showcase the unique offerings of our venues.You will be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services that exceed expectations. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will develop and execute campaigns that highlight the distinctive features of our venues, staying ahead of market trends and identifying new business opportunities for growth.Your role will also involve leading and mentoring the sales team, setting clear objectives, and ensuring targets are met consistently. By working in tandem with the operations team, you will guarantee the seamless execution of events, maintaining our brands reputation for excellence and superior service quality.To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. With at least 9 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the luxury hospitality or event management sectors, you should possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
