Job Description

Profile:

  • Must Have: 5-6 years of relevant experience on managing CSOD Learning Module.
  • Having expert configuration knowledge to support CSOD Learning Module.
  • Having prior experience of deploying CSOD Learning Module for major organizations globally .
  • Having expert knowledge in managing security to ensure users have appropriate access and/or rights to system functionality and programs.
  • Having expert knowledge in supporting Learning admins in uploading and configuring Learning content in COSD and other functional support.
  • Having expert knowledge in managing the mass content loader and other utilities in CSOD.
  • Having prior experience of deploying the new release, identifying the new features relevant for organization and communicate the Learning admins and working knowledge in client success center.
  • Assist in the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and/or technical needs and translates these into requirements for learning requirements.
  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • University graduate is must.
