Job Description

  • Position Commercial Officer / Area Office Accountant Reports To Zonal Commercial Manager Place of Posting Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Credit Management:
  • Review of BDRC for the Month.
  • Collection follow up Daily Basis
  • Critical Dealer Review .
  • New FI and TA Limits initiation.
  • Statutory Compilation & Taxation:
  • Monthly Compliance of VAT Return & submission to Dept.
  • Depositing of Monthly Tax within prescribed time frame.
  • Reconciliation of Monthly liability with books of accounts.
  • Manage C form, F form, E1 form
  • Sales Tax Assessments
  • Internal Control:
  • Area office audit
  • Dealer Audit
  • Stock Audit
  • DWCM:
  • Drive channel finance New Limits through meeting dealer & execution of documents
  • Participation in retail / tie-ups at AO / ZO level
  • Ensure financial discipline on timely repayment of CF/ TA to avoid over dues
  • Suggest optimum working Capital mix for high volume dealer
  • Incentive Management:
  • Verification & validation of Monthly Incentive Scheme give by H.O
  • Online Approval of scheme upload
  • A & SP payout
  • Monthly Provisional updates in the portal & reconciliation with H.O
  • Verification & validate of A & SP Bills as per Budget & sent to H.O for further processes.
  • Vendor payment verification /payment & send to H.O for payemnt as per gudielines.
  • KYC adherence for new vendors.
  • TA Bill reimbursement for all divisions.
  • Verification of Adecco staff/ marketing demonstrators spends and establish controls on cost
  • Imperest Management
  • Monthly provisions for all expenses to H.O
  • TDS Management.
