Managing the entire P&L for dispatch centres and FranchiseExpansion of business by B2B tie ups Building new franchisee network on own and in partnership with Franchise India. Franchise signup, setup process, onboarding and launching outlets across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan. Overall responsibility of quality, service and timely delivery of all order B2C & B2B. Setting up processing centre of backend supply. Managing supply of Modern Trade, General Trade and HORECA clients. Analysing buying price strategy and regularly skimming the market to procure best non vegetarian article rates. Identifying and building relationships with companies (Grofers / Big Basket etc) and listing articles for increased sales. Vendor Development for the company and maintaining business relationship with them. Executing marketing offers BTL with marketing team and doing on ground promotions. Making regional plan for expansion and strategizing locations for new project setups. Category management and analysis of cost price and selling price deriving out margins.
