Additionally providing customised auto generated mailers, SMSs for business users for their daily work management. Daily monitoring of Key Strategic KPIs related dashboards and support. Providing daily support and assistance in error resolution for deployed dashboards which included trainings for new users and SOP preparation. Managing database related activities for dashboards (SQL related and front end development), integration of SAP and in-house database via PI Platform. Development and deployment of NON-SAP applications on .Net Platform and horizontal deployment at other plants. Descriptive and Predictive Analytics tools (SAS ,R, Power BI Platforms) developed as a part of top management requirement which aids users in crucial decision making.
