Knowledge about type of machines & manufacturing toolings. 3. Exposure to Materials & Material Properties. 4. Exposure to machining defects - Root cause analysis. 5. Carrrying Supply Parts Quality Improvement based on feedback from manufacturing line, Goods Receipts Inspection and Field failures. 6. Reduction in Supplier Rejection PPM. 7. PCPA - Process Control Plan based Audits of BO Parts. 8. DOL Coversion & Sustenance. 9. Parts Process Capability Improvement to Zero Defect. 10. CAPA Closer at Suppliers for the problems in supply partsShould have exposure in:1. Structured Problem Solving Methodology - QC story, 7 Step Analysis. 2. Basic QC Tools & their application. 3. Drawings study and specification review. 4. Hands on experience of Forging/ Machining parts inspection. 5. Measuring instruments, Receiver gauges, 2D & CMM inspections. 6. SPC/ MSA. 8. Defining & making APQP, PFD, FMEA, Control Plan along with PPAP. 9. Kaizens, OPL, Pokeyoke & 5S techniques.Job Segment: Machinist, Manufacturing ,
