1.Responsible for performing DVP testing of powertrain components. 2.Responsible for developing a new test facility. 3.Participation in project CFT role by ensuring project timeline and deliverables from Testlab. 3.Technical Reporting Writing and presenting results with the team. 4.Component Failure analysis and reporting inferences. 5.Component strain data measurement and fatigue analysis. 6. Supporting Labs general management activities and working in line with department representatives. 7.Ensure adequacy in respective domain areas for internal & external audits. 8.Developing new test standards and revisiting current standards based on dynamic customer/user profile changes.Experience1-3 Years.Industry PreferredOEM / Tier 1 with Automotive Background.QualificationsBE/B-tech - Mechanical / Automobile (Any reputed B-category Engineering college with Full-time B-tech) Functional Competencies1.Powertrain system and subsystem knowledge. 2. Understanding the loads and boundary condition of Engine/Transmission components. 3. Good Knowledge of Engineering mechanics/material science.General Requirements1. Knowledge in working with basis Windows platform system. 2. Knowledge of vehicle system and subsystem. 3. Need to work in a dynamic environment where customer needs are fulfilled as per criticality.Skills & Tools1 Basis operations of servohydraulic systems & vibration system. 2.Data Acquisitions and analysis( Any post-processing software). 3.Fixture Designing using any modeling software and basic knowledge of design calculations. 4.Good problem-solving skills. 5.
