Associate - Expert Advocacy Expert Management | New Delhi, India

Role:

We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience for the position of Associate Expert Advocacy Team. As an Expert Advocacy Associate, you are expected to have an in - depth understanding of our business processes and utilize that knowledge to provide outstanding customer experience and best - in - class service support. An ideal candidate is a street - smart, outgoing professional having exceptional problem - solving abilities. Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns by providing friendly, professional and efficient support via emails or calls (if required) to ensure all issues are addressed quickly
  • Stay up to date with and follow all on - going process and product changes
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend process tweaks for efficiency gains
  • Be a team player by staying positive in the face of challenges
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to report customer feedback and capture customer VOCs
  • Be an advocate of Chegg on social media platforms
  • Be a mentor to the customers, resolving their queries with thoughtful, timely responses

Requirements:

  • Excellent business communication skills (oral and written) non negotiable
  • Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Working Experience in ticketing tools like Zoho desk, zen desk, fresh desk or Sales force etc
  • Genuinely care about people and eager to help under any circumstance
  • Experience in working with freelancers, online tutors or community management is a plus
  • Ability to actively listen, understand and summarize with clarity and simplicity
  • Patient, organized and ability to multi - task
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges which arise
  • Ability to use diplomacy and tact to manage escalations
  • Able to remain detail oriented while working at high volume
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently
