Job Description

    Required Graduate / Post Graduate to work as a BDE. Should have minimum of 1 yr experience in Home Loans in Financial sector. Should have own conveyanceJOB DESCRIPTIONRoles and Responsibilities-
    • Identifying builders, developers and real estate developers to generate business and acquire knowledge about new and upcoming projects. Provide inputs for New product development.
    • Managing and coordinating with Team for Lead Generation.
    • Maintaining long term relationships with new and existing customers like Builders, Brokers & internal stakeholders like HSPL, TPDSA, CCST and walk-in business to generate more business.
    • Analysis of customer demographic to arrive at a trend to forecast business potential.
    Skills-
    • Strong command over verbal/written communication, and should be a good listener (Proficiency over regional language will be an added advantage).
    • Ability to work with teams to achieve the organizations goals.
    • To exhibit high level of integrity and business ethics.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners. Use convincing skills for lead and business generation.
    • Self-starter, proactive with high energy levels and a strong determination to achieve results
