We are Looking for Candidateswho are Detail Oriented, Willing to Work Without Supervision, are Coachable and Willing to Learnon the Job. While You Will Be Working with Mapping Data, It is Not Mandatory to have a Workingknowledge of Gis. However, You are Expected to Learn On the Job to Bridge the Gap.at Least the Following Working Knowledge of Excel Including Formulas Basic Knowledge of Vba or Another Programming Language Intermediate Knowledge of Computer Troubleshooting and Repair Passion for Research, Analysis, and Getting the Details Right Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Any other Quantitative Field And3-5 Years of Relevant Business Experience Good Planning, Organizational, Analytical, Decision Making and Communication Skills,good Business Acumenessential Duties Use Gis Knowledge to Gather and Update Mapping Data Working with Osm Data Model and Data Working with Large Datasets Developing Automated Tools, Set Up and Improve Data Pipeline Web Research Working with Mapping Services such as Google Maps, Here Maps, Osm, Tomtom, Etc.required Duties and Responsibilities Self-motivated, High Energy, and Ability to Remain Productive While Workingindependently Ability to Work Well with Remote Teams Strong Attention to Detail Demonstrated Ability to Function in Fast Paced, Ambiguous Working Environment Withmultiple and Diverse Responsibilitiesnot Mandatory But Helpful Sql, Database Experience Working Knowledge of Aws Proficiency with Gis Software such as Qgis Experience Working with a Variety of Spatial Datasets, Including (but Not Limited To): Roadnetworks, Land Use, Points of Interest, System Data, Elevation/terrain (dsms, Dtms, Etc.),and Multi-source Imagery. Deep Geographic Knowledge, Including Familiarity with Cartographic Conventions Andexpectations
