Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Business Development Manager.Company Name: SunTec India Job Location: Pitampura, Delhi. (Nearest metro station - Pitampura)Role : BusinessDevelopment ManagerThe BDM would be responsible or end-to end sales of SunTecs Education Software. He will also be responsible for Account Management of Existing/ New accounts

  • Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies.
  • Identify opportunities through Web interaction, Telecalling, marketing events & advertisements.
  • Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and ensure closure by continuous follow-up.
  • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and road maps for a long term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the Education Industry.
  • Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to travel within city limits convincing the prospects to invest in Suntec app to improve their quality of education.
  • Ensuring end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience into similar role in IT/ITes industry.
  • Impressive communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast changing environment.
  • Must be positive, proactive, enthusiastic, self-driven, and responsible.
  • Dexterity with follow- up techniques.
  • Possess technical knowledge pertaining to selling the Software Services & Product.
