Job Title: Business Development ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the energy and infrastructure sectors, particularly within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and renewable energy companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing relationships with channel partners, as well as working with prominent companies in power and renewable energy sectors.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in EPC and power sectors. Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the assigned segment. Work closely with channel partners to maximize market reach and ensure sustainable growth. Industry Exposure: Leverage experience in the EPC industry. Demonstrate an understanding of the power sector. Experience with renewable energy companies. Channel Partner Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to expand the companys footprint in the assigned region. Develop strategic initiatives and sales programs with channel partners to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the EPC and renewable energy sectors. Collaborate with the Vertical Head to design and implement effective strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
