Job Description

  • Processing User access Request.
  • Quaterly User Acess Review.
  • Validating access approval and Segregation of duties.
  • Resolving day to day queries.
  • Maintaining approvals / change documents (Role vs approver matrix) for audits.
Key Interactions: Customers Jeevan Teams and Business Stakeholders. Must Have:
  • Experience of 1- 3 years in User Access Managemnt in any ERP or IT at a minimum.
  • Exposure in User Access Management in any ERP (preferably IFS) or IT.
  • Experience of any ticketing tool (managing request / incident).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Outook and Microsoft office tools.
Nice to Have:
  • Processing User access Request.
  • Quaterly User Acess Review.
  • Validating access approval and Segregation of duties.
  • Resolving day to day queries.
  • Maintaining approvals / change documents (Role vs approver matrix) for audits.
  • Request / Incident mangement in ticketing tools.
