Currently projects are in Middle East (Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait), South East Asia (Singapore), and India. Next target region is EuropeCompany projects: Big Data (Cloudera Hadoop) professional services, Elastic professional services, Machine Learning projects (Python, AWS SageMaker, Cloudera Data Science Workbench)BI, Data Warehousing and Data Virtualization projects.Details are given below:Position : Chief Analytics Officer Location : J P Nagar ,BangaloreCTC : Rs. 20 to 35 LPA. Very Good hike on current ctc. Experience : minimum 9 years of diverse experience having played roles like Data Architect, Data Scientist and Analytics Head .Technical Skills RequiredBig Data: Must have an architectural understanding of various components of the Big Data ecosystem - which component to use when and how they all fit together. E.g., what is the difference b/w Spark streaming and Kafka streams, when to use Kylin and when to use Impala, what are the Cloud alternatives for an on-premises Data Lake, difference between Sqoop and AirFlow, what is the minimum no. of Name Nodes required for a production clusterBI & Data Warehousing: Must have architected and implemented large DW projects, and have knowledge about the latest developments in this field. E.g., what is the difference between Data Warehousing and Data Virtualization, what is the difference b/w Power BI, Tableau and Qlik, difference b/w ETL and ELT, what is CDC, how do we achieve CDC while ingesting data from an RDBMS to a HDFS Data LakeNoSQL: What are the leading NoSQL and MPP data stores/ engines, what are the leading Search data stores, what is the minimum no. of Master Nodes required for an Elasticsearch production clusterTechnologiesHadoop, Spark, Kafka, RDBMS, SQL, ETL tools, BI tools, Elastic stackGood to have: Data Virtualization concepts and tool knowledgeCandidate should be entrepreneurial, a great mentor, a continuous learner, and self-motivated.ResponsibilitiesLead the Delivery capability by setting up and managing multiple teams each responsible for a unique technical competency which act as technical pillars/ service areas for the company:Two Big Data teamsHadoop Architects and Engineers (Cloudera Certified)Elastic Certified Engineers and ConsultantsMachine Learning teamBI & Data Warehousing teamInterview and hire the Sr. Leads and Architects for these teams and support them to further hire the engineers and consultantsPrepare comprehensive project proposals and respond to RFPs.
