Position : Cluster HeadIndustry : Leading General InsuranceCTC : 12 TO 20 LacHead North 1 OEM & Branch Business (Delhi/NCR and UP)What this job is really like:This role leads an intermediary field sales team (Branch Heads) to grow RSs sales through existing and new intermediary (OEM Dealers, Dealers /DSAs / Brokers / Agents/Cooperative Banks etc.) relationships across all Target Products including Private Motor, LCVs, A&H, CI. The role will need Strong Leadership Attributes to Develop and Manage the performance of a team of experienced and high performing sales managers. Through the team you will drive the development and delivery of the intermediary field sales plan, ensuring the necessary sales capacity and capabilities, and effective relationships with the relevant marketing, sales, operations, claims and underwriting teams, are in place to ensure success.Years Of Experience, Size & Scope :15+ years , Branch Heads and their respective teams in the StateOnly GI experienced people with relevant experience
