Job Description

Collection Supervisor (Banking/ Finance) Location: Pitampura (saraswati Vihar) Delhi Experience: 2 - 5 year Salary: 25 - 30K + Incentives from 5K-20KIndustry: Finance/ Banking Qualification: Graduation/ PG.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Track the upcoming EMIs due closely and ensure awareness calling on the portfolio wherever required.
  • Payment Collection from Clients through calls and emails.
  • Following up with customer for collection of all Banking loan products.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system of incoming and late payments.
  • To Achieve the collection target of the assigned branch.
  • Send daily update on the development on the cases to the Team Leaders.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Good knowledge of unsecured loan collections/ recovery, legal, compliance, section, and other knowledge related to hard and soft bucket collections.
  • Good communication skills.Good communication skills.
  • Graduation with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in collections & recovery department for unsecured loans from Banking / NBFC domain.
  • If DRA certified, very good
  • CTC: 25 30K + Incentives from 5K 20K
